XMR Predictions is an experimental research prototype developed by the XMRHub team. It is not a finished product, a production-grade financial platform, or a commercially released application. The software is provided in its current state for educational, research, and community engagement purposes. Features may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to change without notice. No representation is made that the platform will ever reach production status or continue to operate beyond the research phase.

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. The probability percentages, market data, position calculations, and payout estimates displayed on this platform are the product of a simulated market mechanism and do not represent the actual likelihood of any real-world event occurring. Do not make financial decisions based on information presented on XMR Predictions. If you require financial guidance, consult a licensed financial advisor in your jurisdiction.

XMR Predictions is not a registered exchange, broker-dealer, investment advisor, futures commission merchant, commodity trading advisor, or any other type of regulated financial institution in any jurisdiction. The platform has not been reviewed, approved, or authorized by any financial regulatory authority including but not limited to the SEC, CFTC, FCA, BaFin, ASIC, or any equivalent body. The use of terms such as "market," "position," "settlement," and "payout" on this platform are descriptive of the prototype's mechanics and do not imply that these operations are conducted under any regulatory framework.

When you enter a position, your position data is stored server-side under your pseudonymous handle. Positions are denominated in XMR and settle in real Monero at market resolution. Your position is identified only by your chosen pseudonym — no personal information is associated with it.

The platform is currently in stagenet testing phase. Positions are settled in sXMR (stagenet Monero) which has no monetary value. The wallet integration, settlement engine, and payout mechanics are functional and use real Monero network infrastructure on stagenet. Mainnet XMR settlement will be enabled after the testing phase concludes. Do not send real (mainnet) XMR to any address on this platform during the testing phase.

All position data is stored server-side in our database under your pseudonymous handle. We store only: your chosen pseudonym, bcrypt-hashed password, positions, and XMR payout address. No email, no government ID, no IP addresses, no browser fingerprints. Your account is accessible from any device by logging in with your pseudonym and password. Account deletion on request removes all associated data — contact contact@xmrpredictions.org.

This platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing, usage, or trade practice. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. Live price data sourced from third-party APIs (including CoinGecko) may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the XMRHub team, its contributors, maintainers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use this platform. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your use of this platform is at your sole risk.

The XMR Predictions name, logo, visual design system ("Deep Ocean Nexus"), and original content are the property of the XMRHub team or its contributors. The Monero name, logo, and associated trademarks are the property of the Monero Project and are used here for descriptive and compatibility purposes only. XMR Predictions is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Monero Project or Monero Core Team. All third-party trademarks and service marks remain the property of their respective owners.

This platform may contain links to external websites and services including CoinGecko, Reddit, Matrix, XMRHub, and XMRMap. These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Live XMR price data is fetched from CoinGecko's public API and is subject to their terms of use, rate limits, and data accuracy. We make no guarantees regarding the timeliness or accuracy of third-party data.
